Andrew's experience has been gained from working on major development projects in London and southern England. The projects have varied in size from £250million down to £1million and have included commercial projects, residential, hotels, mixed use and retail.  Andrew has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Land Securities, Burford, Brixton, O & H, Oracle, Corporation of London, and others.

At EPR Architects Ltd in London for ten years, latterly as a director, Andrew specialised in co-ordinating and leading complex projects with large consultant teams. As Project Architect for 250 Bishopsgate (now the headquarters of RBS) a careful balance had to be achieved while working simultaneously for 3 clients, the building's owner, occupier and the contractor. For Land Securities Andrew was the director responsible for the Client monitoring team on the £250million Cardinal Place regeneration project in Victoria, London.

Persuaded to join the Trevor Osborne Property Group in 2004, Andrew left London and was the development director responsible for the delivery of the Oxford Castle Heritage Project (including the well known Malmaison hotel). Converting a prison into a hotel and mixed use scheme was a significant undertaking, achieved successfully despite the challenges of working with a scheduled ancient monument and numerous listed buildings. This led to the project winning a multitude of awards including the RICS Project of the Year Award 2007.

As development director on a number of projects for the Osborne Group, including the Gainsborough Hotel scheme in Bath, Andrew has experience of all stages of the development process and has an excellent understanding of working with listed buildings and heritage projects.  In addition the nature of recent projects means Andrew has worked closely with both Local Authorities and Charities, developing a good working relationship with them.
