The Twin City Developments team have spent over 40 years in the property industry, during which time we have gained extensive knowledge and experience across all sectors. The directors have been part of a highly successful team carrying out mixed use developments in conjunction with both private and public sector partners.
Andrew Ryan is a Registered Architect, member of the RIBA and member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM). Mark Wood is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with extensive business and banking expertise.
Mark brings his extensive knowledge of development project finance and valuation from his time in private practice and at Clydesdale Bank, while Andrew brings his skills as an architect and development director to the team. Twin City Developments can therefore offer a full development service from the inception of any project right through the construction phase, sales / letting and beyond. There are few organisations where two individuals have the ability to cover the whole spectrum of the property development business.
Andrew's experience has been gained from working on major development projects in London and southern England. The projects have varied in size from £250million down to £1million and have included commercial projects, residential, hotels, mixed use and retail. Andrew has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Land Securities, Burford, Brixton, O & H, Oracle, Corporation of London, and others.
At EPR Architects Ltd in London for ten years, latterly as a director, Andrew specialised in co-ordinating and leading complex projects with large consultant teams. As Project Architect for 250 Bishopsgate (now the headquarters of RBS) a careful balance had to be achieved while working simultaneously for 3 clients, the building's owner, occupier and the contractor. more
